Ragini Ma’am is an alumnus of IIM Shillong and has 10+ years of corporate experience with cross-functional management experience across sales operations, clinical laboratory operations and project management in USA and India. She especially thrives in a high-demand start-up environment.
She is currently the Founder and Artistic Director of Swayukti Natyashala, a Bharatanatyam foundation based in Bangalore. Since 2020, she has performed widely under various prestigious banners including for digital media. She has been awarded the title ‘ Kalamani’ and conferred the Best Artist Award at Hosur Natyanjali, 2022. She is an avid traveller and reader of places and texts with historical and architectural significance
